Sally Gadea

Pastry Chef

Sally received her training in Culinary Arts from Drexel University. Her pastry career began at Philadelphia’s Classic Cake Company, Naked Chocolate and Privé Restaurant. She also had stints at Sonnenalp in Vail, CO, James Beard House in NYC, The Beach Plum Inn on Martha’s Vineyard, Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, and 701 Restaurant in Washington, DC.
