Admission to events at The Hamilton is subject to presentation of a valid ticket by the purchaser/holder (“Holder”) and adherence to the Terms applicable to the event. This requires cooperation with all policies and procedures of The Hamilton, including by way of example and not limitation, security practices and inspections and proof of age where minimum age requirements are posted as a condition of admittance. Holder’s license to attend the event is also subject to compliance with all applicable laws, and Holder’s not engaging in misconduct or illegal activity or behavior that disrupts or interferes with the event performance or the enjoyment of others attending the event. Any violation of law or Terms while attending the event may result in holder being removed from the venue without refund of any portion of the ticket price or charges assessed in connection with the issuance and processing of the ticket.

Holder may not bring alcoholic beverages, bottles, cans or containers, or food to the event. Holder may also not solicit contributions or distribute literature on the premises or protest or demonstrate the event. Holder shall not photograph, video, or record the performance at the event and shall not sell, transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, recorded transmission, video recording or other reproduction of the event performance to which this ticket is issued. Holder expressly grants The Hamilton and its licensees the right to use Holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. The Holder voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss and personal injury arising during attendance at the event and after the event and agrees that The Hamilton and its affiliates, as well as any of their management, employees, officers and agents, shall not be liable for any property loss or injury incurred while attending the event under any theory whatsoever.

Tickets reported as lost or stolen may not be honored and may not be replaced nor the price refunded. This ticket may not be duplicated. Holder shall not engage in the sale of any promotional items or merchandise, licensed or otherwise, unless otherwise expressly authorized in writing by The Hamilton and/or the artist. Where indicated on the face of this ticket or as posted on The Hamilton website, attendance at the event may be subject to reservation and food and beverage requirements. Unless otherwise indicated on the face of this ticket, seating or standing locations within the venue are subject to the discretion of The Hamilton and no table, seat or standing area are deemed reserved or committed to Holder. The event is a live performance and accordingly is subject to suspension, cancellation or delay. In case of cancellation, the price and service fees paid for this ticket will be refunded. It will also be refunded if the event is rescheduled and the holder determines not to attend, provided any refund request shall be submitted not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Otherwise, the sale of this ticket is final and no refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Time of event is subject to change.
